FLEISCHNER - Blake Cameron, 22, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, died Friday, December 21, 2007. Born to Jill (Chomer) and Fred Fleischner January 20, 1985, in Tulsa, OK. Blake attended the School of St. Mary, where he was a Cub Scout and participated in basketball and baseball. While a student at Bishop Kelley High School, Blake was a member of the tennis team and freshman basketball team. His senior year, he was voted as the classmate with "Best Eyes," and graduated in 2004. He attended OSU, Daytona Beach Community College and Seminole Community College in Florida, before returning to Oklahoma to attend OU where he was currently a student. While in Florida, Blake stretched his acting wings performing in two major productions. Blake loved children, and children were naturally drawn to him. While in Norman, OK, he worked as a childcare specialist in an after-school care program. Friends and family will deeply miss his warm, engaging personality, his wonderful sense of humor and genuine smile, his beautiful blue eyes, and his kind and gentle heart. Thinking of others in death as in life, Blake made numerous Christmas wishes come true this year by giving the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. His generosity and extraordinary spirit will live on and always be remembered. Blake was preceded in death by: maternal grandfather, Eugene Chomer; and paternal grandmother, Rita Fleischner. Survived by: parents, Jill and Fred Fleischner, both of Tulsa; sister, Lauren Fleischner of Los Angeles, CA; grandfather, Clarence Fleischner of Tulsa; grandmother, Phyllis Schwab, of Surprise, AZ; aunts and uncles, Robert and Terry Fleischner of DeBary, FL; Janet and Ed Price of Tulsa, OK; Joy and Jim Bowles of Tampa, FL, and Brett Chomer of Santa Fe, NM; 8 cousins and countless friends who love and miss him. A vigil will be held 7 p.m., Thursday, December 27, 2007, and a Mass of Christian Burial at 10a.m., Friday, December 28, 2007, both at the Church of St. Mary. A private committal will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
